All units also have a bathroom sink, curtains or blinds, carpeting, shower with closure, toilet, cabinets, closet and smoke alarm. Units can also be furnished with living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. All units have screened, louvered windows to provide cooling by the fragrant trade winds gently blowing from the Koolau Mountains. Our sparkling clean and shiny 322-square-foot studios are especially comfortable for one or two persons. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the building.

Rent includes water. Covered reserved parking is available at $30 per month per stall. Telephone and cable television services are available.
