U.S. Mechanical's mission is to provide engineering consultation and quality manufactured products. As a small company with extensive practical engineering knowledge, we are able to give prompt and personal attention to our customers. Our abilities include CAD design, reverse engineering, manufacturing, and testing of mechanical parts and assemblies. We also offer turnkey packages for design/test/manufacture of new components and systems.

Michael Schirmer, president and owner of the company, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer and member of A.S.M.E., MENSA, and the A.S.T.M. F-25.03 task force. His background includes years of experience as a project manager, quality assurance manager, and chief engineer. He is familiar with marine, industrial, manufacturing, railyard and other design environments.
